About Jo

I believe we are individual expressions of Infinite Being who chose to re-incarnate on Earth to experience life from our own unique perspective. We bring with us amnesia, intuition, our own personal karma and the freewill to decide whether or not to explore our spiritual roots and our chosen life lessons.

For many years I meandered along different pathways, periodically changing my route, stopping for a break, gathering life experiences en-route. I was presented with new ideas, people, situations, each one was an opportunity to be enriched or to help others, an opportunity to learn and grow.

As I travelled along my pathway of self-discovery, self-acceptance, enlightenment and unconditional love I began to understand past illusions - I realised that was how life was then, but not how it is now - I create my own reality. Therefore my pathway was how I believed it would be through my choice, sometimes rough and difficult and at other times smooth, boring, exciting. They were how I chose to create them.

I learnt that healing can be deep within, not just superficial. It did not mean finding and treating every single inner scar which had sent its message to haunt me. It meant going even deeper, past those wounds, beyond those distant memories and recording of unfinished business, to my core, my inner self, to the heart of my spirit, where the light and warmth of my own core qualities of love and peace reside.

I am who I am because of my experiences - I am the sum total of all that’s gone before me, is, and will be - the pattern of all that is.

It is my desire to help you along your chosen pathway at the level that is right for you, and, as you put the illusions of the past behind you, for you to understand and accept that you are unique and special in your own right.

I follow the ethical guidelines of the appropriate governing bodies for all of my therapies and respect at all times your right to confidentiality, privacy and anonymity. I am fully insured to practice all the therapies I offer.
